Meet Mark

Mark is the founder of Gimbal Property Maintenance. He got his start as a youngster fixing and building things with his father (and some things his father didn’t know about, too. Like the tunnel that went from inside his cupboard and brought him out in the garage. It was a great escape plan - until the day Mark escaped and popped up in the garage - right in front of his Dad!).

Keenly curious about the way things work, Mark has focused his attentions on numerous personal projects through the years: water systems, biofilters, solar and he even built an underground Man-Cave - complete with air filtration and lighting. Mark has years of experience with maintenance, woodworking, painting, tiling and…well, just making things work.

Always the “Go-To-Guy” for family and friends with maintenance and building projects and is an entrepreneur at heart: so, coupling a lifelong passion for “making stuff work” with stickler attention to detail Mark created “Gimbal Property Maintenance”.

Gimbal Property Maintenance fills a gap in the handyman/contractor industry: consistent high-quality work at reasonable rates - delivered with more than just a dash of superior service levels, Mark is the handy friend you call when something needs fixing.

Meet Kerry

Kerry handles the admin, operations, and marketing for Gimbal Property Maintenance. She’s a teacher by trade, and has training in administration. As such, she has many years of experience working with the public in various capacities.

She currently handles all the behind-the-scenes things like designing and maintaining our website and project management tool, social media, emails, bookkeeping, preparing estimates and invoices, and scheduling. Kerry also handles purchasing, design (both on and off-site), and assists wherever necessary. She brings the organization and structure to Gimbal Property Maintenance. 

On a rare occasion, you can even find Kerry working on the job site!
